My Writing

I studied Professional Writing at the University of Victoria in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada and graduated with honors. Ever since then I've pursued writing as a profession.

In 2005 I moved to Tainan, Taiwan where, in addition to freelancing for local publications, I founded Xpat Magazine, which has grown to be one of the most popular English magazines in the country.

I have experience writing research pieces, ESL articles, interviews, humor, features, lists, newspaper (inverted pyramid) style, new journalism, how-to and others. There's very little that I haven't done.

Also, as an editor, I understand your need to have articles written to specification on time. Samples of my work are available on request.
