Utah Resort Offering Free Skiing to Californiains All Winter

It’s true. The Eagle Point Resort in southern Utah is offering free unlimited skiing to all California residents this season. They expect to open on December 21st. I expect it to be busy.

If I was in California I’d start planning road trips, booking rooms, and sending couch requests on Couchsurfing.org right now.

The offer is part of a promotion for the hill, which was closed for 8 years before new investors poured a ton of money into improvements.

It looks like the money fountain hasn’t dried up yet, and now Californians may reap the benefits of the 450 inches of snow that fall on the hill annually.

The hill will also be offering free skiing every Thursday in January.
