Prizes include, as the title implies, 20 trips.
The first trip is an eighteen-day trek through the mystical Nepalese capital, Kathmandu, and and then to the foot of Mount Everest. The trip also includes shopping and temple and monastery visits. If you win, be sure to keep an eye out for the Sadhus! Great meals and accommodation, and of course, opportunities to capture breathtaking pictures and videos, are all included. The views of Everest and the surrounding mountains on this trip, such as the vantage point at the Kala Patar overlook, are glorious.
The contest is being held in honor of Peregrine Adventures’s twentieth anniversary of exclusively using local guides for their tours. As a thank-you to its customers and supporters, Peregrine will be giving away one unique trip every day for twenty days starting on March 3rd, 2014.
Trip destinations include Antarctic excursions, African voyages, trips to Asia and South America, and more!
Entries for the first trip open on February 28th. The draw for Trip #1 will be held on March 3rd, and new entry windows for subsequent trips will open every weekday (Monday – Friday) in March.
It is important to note that while one entry will cover said entrants for the entire competition, contestants may enter once per day for as long as the contest runs. In fact, daily entry is the best way to increase your chances of winning, so don’t forget to put your name in the hat as often as you can!
